Launch Manager
Mission:
Launch Manager
Mission:
- The Launch Manager is Project Manager accountable for quality, timing, gross margin, project cost and Customers Satisfaction related to the project launching.
Responsibilities:
- New project/product introduction
- Able to make detail timeline / schedule for project launch
- Able to manage cross functional team (Purchasing, Process, Quality, R&D, and Packaging)
- Understand BOM and assembly process
- Customer oriented: quality, cost, delivery
- Manage sample for customer
- Able to manage multiple project and task
Education, Professional Experience and Key Competences:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical
- Minimum 3 years working experience as Launch or Project Manager
- English verbal & written, and good communication skill
- Result Orientation, Communication, Team player
- Problem solving, Lead by example
R&D Engineer
Mission:
- Support for all Launch products & Component Project
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Material Safety Data Sheet Review & IMDS
- Interface with the customer for the R&D subject of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs
- Responsible for warranty returned part analysis and corrective/preventive action plan
- Responsible for product test on vehicles for the Asian market and for data collection to support database update.
- Define SPPC (Functional & Critical characteristics) on the Design Review for component project.
- Responsible Every Latest 2D & 3D Drawing and Addendum updated on the PLM
- Review the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) in terms of component product performance with supported by R&D network
- Define all Product Validation Plan & Review all Product Validation Test
- Review Product / Component Change Request (PCR) related R&D with 4M Matrix
Education, Professional Experience and Key Competences:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering ( Industrial, Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical)
- Experience in the area or similar lever : min 2 years

Packaging Engineer
Mission:
- Represents Packaging Engineering inside the Project Team
- Ensure the implementation and launch of the packaging process for new product launches and represents Packaging Engineering inside the Project Team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to establish the general process based on the current standards
- Responsible to actively participate in project team activities (weekly meetings, reviews in preparation for VC, PMC, VA, FMEA, Technical Reviews, Projects Reviews, etc…).
- Responsible to develop OES / IAM packaging, seeking cost optimization, in accordance to customer requirements following Valeo Packaging Standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction finish good packaging, manage packaging database for the plant
- Standardize packaging component, packaging of finish good, supplier packaging and generate P0 packaging productivity with supplier packaging and packaging standardization
- Responsible to update and create P-BOM and coordinate with ATC for E-BOM creation at SAP system for new launch project and existing project due to process improvement or material changing requirement
- Actively follow the Project QRQC meeting as parts of PTM team to update the issue and get solution.
Education, Professional Experience and Key Competences:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering ( Industrial, Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical)

Supply Chain Scheduler
Mission:
- Is in Charge of Inventory Level of His Raw Material and components Families
- Make sure that the materials and components are available to met the complete customer demand
- Identify blocking points and plan appropriate quick actions to solve them
Responsibilities:
- Is in charge of the inventory level of his Raw materials and components families
- Follow up the MPS achievement and propose preventives actions regarding material availability to ensure MPS realization.
- Make sure that the materials and components are available to met the complete customer demand
- Follow up daily the material arrivals according to firm orders and make sure suppliers ship parts on time according to firm orders.
- On a regular basis, communicate complete, precise & reliable information to the Supplier contacts. Adapt the chosen method of communication to the level of the Supplier contact. Adapt the frequency to the situation (preventative, curative, crisis).
- Identify blocking points and plan appropriate quick actions to solve them
- Support the implementation with the appropriate departments (APU, Logistics, Purchasing, VPS) tools and methods in order to improve the supply chain organization like Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk run
Education, Professional Experience and Key Competences:
- Degree in Engineering or Management
- Successful operational experience at least 3 to 5 years as a Supply Chain Scheduler within an international industrial player in multi-sites and multi-cultural environment .
- Excellent in English written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced excel skills are required to provide the level of detail expected.
- Strong skills in sourcing combined with a very good understanding of the process of Supply Chain
