Admin & HRD Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain employee files, assist with payroll, keep track of confirmation dates, coordinate appraisals, maintain leave records and implement HR activities to improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Handle maintenance issue of the company and the outlets
  • Handle Purchasing of packaging materials and stationery
  • Assist work cost for new product

Experience and qualities required:
  • A sound knowledge of employment and labor law
  • Min. 2 years HR and administration experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
