- Job Description:
- Provides information to drive the business and take decisions
- Ensures action plans to performance enhancement
- Manages financial risk and opportunities at BU level
- Animates planning process
- Brings support regarding projects on finance topics
- Bachelor's degree, Financial background
- 5-8 years experience in finance, manufacturing or fabrication
- Having managed team with strong business acumen
- Understanding of process flow, equipments operation and costing
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Inside Sales Supervisor (Jakarta)
- Job Description:
- Supervises and coordinates all enquiries and tenders
- Ensures compliance to the tender processes
- Ensures documentation of final bid submissions
- Participates in ad hoc tender projects and initiatives
- Bachelor degree in Engineering studies
- 5 years in sales order management process
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Good leadership skills
- Having extensive knowledge of OCTG product and processes
- System Analyst and IT Training (Batam)
- Job Description:
- Follows the project status including documentation and training
- Defines application problem by conferring with clients
- Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
- Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science
- Proven work experience as System Analyst
- Experienced with Agile and related tools
- Familiar with various Programming Languages
- Working knowledge of ERP business software applications
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- QA Engineer (Batam)
- Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering studies
- 3 years experiences in handling Quality Management System
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, API product specifications, ASTM for mechanical testing and NDT
- Familiar with continuous improvement tools, 6 sigma or similar methodologies
- Receptionist (Batam)
- Qualification:
- SMA/SMK
- Good verbal English communication skill
- Neat appearance, proportional, confident
- Preferably experienced as Receptionist or Front Officer
