Maintenance and Facility Leader will manage and ensure that manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained and organized. This role also will be responsible to plan differing activities based on a predefined year plan.

Essential Responsibilities

• To install, maintain and repair internal factory equipment
• To lead and supervise team who perform maintenance and tool making
• Department has a supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system
• To be responsible to manage all works related to maintenance and facility, including building maintenance and its utilities
• To be responsible for preventive maintenance plans
• To drive and implement EHS policy and regulation
• Responsible to Lead team in organizing their works
• To manage and communicate with contractors and vendors which related to maintenance and facility work for any support needed

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university
• At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing
• Minimum of 4 additional years of experience in maintenance and facility management
• Having knowledge and experience in facilities equipment, compressor, generator, electrical in general, air conditioning, hydraulic, etc
