HR & Admin Officer
- Male/Female
- Minimum S1/D3 from any discipline
- At least 2 (two) years work experience in related position

Finance And Accounting Supervisor
- Male/Female
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting, CPA is a plus
- Mini. 2 years of experiences costing & General Ledger.
- Strong Technical Financial Accounting, GAAP Background, database skills and taxation
- Experience within an ERP and reporting systems and high proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skill
- Excellent writen and verbal communication including ability to interact will all levels throughout the company
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Prepare and input journal entry to accounting system
- Bank Reconcilliation, Manage Fixed Assets, Adjustment entries
- Ensure all transaction inputed by other staff is correct in accordance to policies
- Month-end and year-end closing;
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordancs with PSAK and compliance to internal policies;
- Interface with the management in various departments.
- Forecasting and Budgeting;
- Monthly expense variance analysis;
- Consolidation report, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting;
- Generate report by Profit center, project and department.
IT Programmer
- Male
- Candidate must prossess ay least bachelor’s Degree in computer science/Information technology or equivalent
- 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Proffesional experience in programming
- Resource should know multiple programming skills including C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Must be able to lead code sourcing control tool setup and migration of code to multiple instances of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Develop integration layer for data integration considering new data and modified data in source and target systems
- Multi-Module exposure Including; Financials, Trade & Logistics and Projects
- Know the design and architecture of Dynamics 365
- Work closely with a team of Developers or consultant
- Design, develop and test solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform
- Configure and maintain our Dynamics NAV implementation
- Provide support for escalated issues.
- Develop custom CA/L code to implement business requirements
- Perform complex, intensive business-to-business integration development
- Troubleshoot and fix defects
- Document designs and implementation
- Learn about and work on other technologies as they become of interest and the need arises
- Development in Microsoft Dynamics NAV including aspects of the core, advanced solutions and add-on products
- Installation, upgrade, support, and documentation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Training in the use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- To support other IT duties but not limited to programmer.
QHSE Officer
- Minimum S1/D3 from any discipline
- At Least 2 (two) years work experience in related position
- Well Knowledge & Implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 17020:2012, ISO 18001:2007, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 17025:2017, ISO 17024:2009
- Excellent work in Microsoft Office
- Good Communication, interpersonal skill and able to speak English both oral dan written
ASST. Purchasing
- Female
- Min. 1 (one) year work experience in similar position
- Minimum DIII or Bachelor degree from any background
- Having Competent planning, negotiating and organizing skills
- Good communication in English both oral and written
- Computer Literate
- Has a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Good Knowledge about shipping
- Obtaining bids to realize maximum value from the expenditure of Company funds in the purchase of materials and services
- Processes department requisitions for supplies, materials, services and equipment
- Providing value added services to the Company by constantly striving to find new and better products, sources of supply, and better ways of meeting the needs of the using departments/requestors
- Maintaining liaisons with the vendors that services the Company
- Assisting Company departments in locating substitute materials in cases of emergencies, material shortages, strikes or other external circumstances
- Provides required written authorizations, and prepares/ issues instructions and import/export documentation to suppliers, freight forwarders, and/or carrier, to ensure timely and safe arrival of goods, and compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations, Customs regulations etc., and takes necessary action to resolve problems/disputes
- Process goods/material return to supplier if the goods/ materials does not meet requirements or classified as nonconformity item
- Manage, maintain, update the master vendor data and approved vendor list
- Evaluate supplier and vendors performance annually pursuant on specific criteria
