Are you the one we are looking for? We are the SWISS COMPANY specialized electronics manufacturing & injection molding in Batam. We are now seeking for the following professionals as follows:
Tooling Manager (Code : TM)
- Min. Diploma in Technical background.
- Min. 10 years of experiences in Tooling Managerial level & in plastic injection molding environment.
- On hand Skill of operating tool room basic machines, CNC Tool room machines (Milling, Turning, Wire Cut & Grinding) and Conventional tool room equipment).
- Able to usie engineering software such as NX Siemens & Mastercam
- Able to read technical drawing, do routine tooling maintenance (cleaning,matching,etc and tooling repair.
- Expert in Spectrum Mold Fabrication, Mold Maintenace, Mold Trouble shooting.
- Able to control budget for Tool room expenses
- Expert in handle company regulation, policy, manpower regulation and manage field employee relations issue
- Preferably have training & competence certification.
Purchasing Manager (Code : PM)
- Experience min 5 years as a technical and/or purchasing department of a manufacturing company.
- Experience in dealing with suppliers whether local or oversea.
- Must possess good negotiation skill and able to establish network.
- Must possess a high level of independent judgment, professionalism, integrity and honesty.
- Track record of obtaining Company goal & cost continuousness.
- Perform evaluating supplier based on the ISO standard.
- Must be able to work with SAP System.
Purchasing Senior Officer (Code : PSN)
- Minimum D3 / S1
- At least 3 years as a technical and/or purchasing department of a manufacturing company.
- Experience in dealing with suppliers whether local or oversea.
- Good negotiation skill and able to establish network.
- High level of independent judgment, professionalism, integrity and honesty.
- Perform evaluating supplier based on the ISO standard.
- Preferably with SAP system experience.
General Requirements :
Fluently in English both oral and writing, computer literate, hardworking, self motivated and able to work in team.
