We are a manufacturing company seeks suitable candidate urgently for position :
Senior HRD
Job Responsibilities :- Create an effective and efficient HR system, for example by making SOP, job description, training and development system etc
- Responsible in HR administrations
- Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
- Process BPJS
Requirements :
- Female
- Able written and spoken in English Fluently
- Experience minimum 2 years or above in position HRD
- Able to work independent
- Strong mentally, creative, proactive and fast learning
- Understand labor law accordance with company regulation
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Minimal D3 all majors, graduated in law/psychology preferable
