Requirements:
SMT Technician
- Minimum Senior High School
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Able to operate, flexa program and do troubleshooting (mechanical & electrical) on Fuji NXT & XPF Machine
- Able to setup Solder Paste Printing machine
- Able to do temperature profiling for Reflow Oven
- Good analytical skill for quality issues at SMT
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Willing to work on shift
