First Filter, a regional manufacturing company in the oil and gas industry is seeking for:
Production Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle daily production process and work schedule
- Responsible for the whole process of manufacturing inclusive technical drawing preparation
- Willing to learn and participate from start to the end finishing product
- Troubleshoot in production machines
- Define and document clear written specifications and procedures to direct the Operations team in effective and efficient product assembly and test
- Liaise with the design and manufacturing teams to review and develop suitable operational processes and testing systems, to successfully manufacture high quality new products which meet customer specifications and delivery expectations
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess are Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Have proven experience in production / Mechanical engineering
- Able to communicate effectively in English both oral and written
- Must have strong Interpersonal Skills, Leadership and Communication Skills
- Able to use AutoCAD
- Work Placement : Batam
